Bike Hutt-FASSA Wednesday Worlds (Wednesday evenings)
The Wednesday Worlds take place every Wednesday until the end of Daylight Saving time at 6pm at the Bike Hutt. The ride goes from the shop up Wallaceville Hill, into Whiteman's Valley up to the turnaround point at the top of Blue Mountains, after which it is an all-out gutbuster back to Wallaceville church. All are welcome but be aware - this road ride will definitely put hairs on your chest.

Ben's MTB Rides with NZDF (Wednesday evenings)
This ride is a combined group with the NZDF group which goes out on Wednesday nights to spots in the Wellington region such as Karapoti, Makara and Wainui. The level of skill required varies ride to ride but is advertised in the weekly email, which goes out at the beginning of each week. Meet at 6.45pm ready to ride at 7; typically the rides are 1.5 - 2 hours long.

Katie's Road Rides for Women (Sunday mornings)
A small group of women who ride locally (and recreationally) in Whiteman's Valley, the Akatarawas and beyond. The typical ride duration is 1.5 - 3 hours and the route is chosen on the morning to suit everyone who's there. Meet in the Bike Hutt carpark ready to ride at 9am. This is a ride that will suit less experienced or less confident riders.

We've got a range of gear & bikes (from road bikes to mountain bikes) available for hire.

Want to go for a ride with your mates but aren't sure you'll enjoy it? (trust us, you will), or want to take the family on an outing this weekend? Rentals are a great cost-effective way of getting yourself on a bike.

• Adult bikes sizes XS-L $35/day
  (includes helmet, pump and puncture kit)
• One wheel tandem $20/day
  (20" wheel - attaches to an adult's bike)
• Children's trailer $20/day
  (fits two small children - attaches to an adult's bike)
• Cargo trailer $20/day
  (attaches to an adult's bike)
• Shuttle to Rimutaka Rail Trail $10/person each way
  (shuttles must be arranged in advance)
