If you wish to purchase products from our online store at The Bike Hutt you must agree to the below Terms and Conditions.

Pricing and Stock

Prices listed are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include goods and services tax (GST) of 15%. Prices on this website are for online purchases only and are not available in store.

Items may be picked up in store but payment must be processed online beforehand. While we take care to ensure prices are current, they are subject to change at any time without notice. Specials and promotional items are limited to stock on hand. We reserve the right to limit the number of purchases of these items per customer.

We have a large range of products on our online store. Not all items will be available for next day delivery as we may have to order in an item from a particular supplier. If the supplier is out of stock of your ordered item, we will notify you within 24 hours. If any items in your order are out of stock you will have the option to backorder until the item arrives, have partial delivery of your order or cancel the entire order. Please note that you will only be charged for items sent to you.

Our products are sourced from the genuine New Zealand importer and come with original manufacturer warranties. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, wear and tear or accidents. All purchases are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery times will vary from overnight to 48hrs provided the item is in stock. For out of stock items we will notify you with an estimated ETA.

Returns are happily accepted provided the item(s) are in the original packaging and are unused. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where we have clearly erred.

All purchases are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.
